Rent With Option to Buy Program

CRG is pleased to announce an easy to use and affordable Rent to Own program. This program is designed to help those people who want to purchase one of our condos but maybe does not have the financial resources to complete a sale or secure financing at the present time.

Please note – this program is available only on selected units at each location. Please inquire for more details.

Here’s how it works:

Each participant must fill out a standard apartment rental application.

Upon acceptance, you must make a pre-qualification application with our approved lender before the lease begins. (If you require credit repair –you must enroll in the credit repair program in order to qualify for the option program) The cost of this program (approx $700) will be rebated back to you at the time of your closing

You must sign your lease and pay the first month’s rent and a month and a half security deposit.

50% of the monthly rent will be credited to the purchase price. (For up to 1 year)

The purchase price is today’s published price for each unit.

There is no obligation to purchase the unit - but if you choose to do so and take advantage of the deposit credit you have earned, you must sign a contract within 12 months of your move in date and close within 60 days thereafter. Your security deposit will be credited to the purchase price.

Until there is a closing - all other terms and conditions of their written lease will remain in effect.
